Diagnostic systems
Our diagnostic systems offer professional support for rolling stock maintenance, with remote access increasing efficiency and the reliability of equipment. Regonik testers are easy to use and reduce maintenance costs.
Remote subsystem diagnostics
Equipment for transmitting, processing and storing data on system operations.
Modular design
Highly variable communication and data storage optionsHigh level of predictive system diagnostics
Ability ranging from storing data directly on memory media to generating instructions to remedy malfunctionsRemote access
Mobile network compatibility for data downloads and storage, generation and distribution of files to predefined locations/directoriesHVAC communication modules
KMRxxx
This module is primarily used for local and remote real-time diagnostics of our HVAC system and to determine the location of the wagon in which it is installed. The wagon in which the module is installed may be added to Regonik’s SMART predictive diagnostics system.
- communication interfaces: RS232
- geo -locating services: GPS/GLONASS
- historical data record
- detection and dispatch of alarms / pre-defined operating events to a local server in real time
- online diagnostics and simulation
SMART diagnostic module
CPJ4xx
This module is used for comprehensive local and remote real-time diagnostics of any wagon subsystem. The wagon in which the module is installed may be added to Regonik’s SMART predictive diagnostics system.
- communication interfaces: RS232, RS485, CAN, ETH, USB, I2C
- geo -locating services: GPS/GLONASS
- historical data record
- detection and dispatch of alarms / pre-defined operating events to a local server in real time
- online diagnostics and simulation
SMART predictive wagon diagnostics system
This system is an autonomous and fully automated tool for processing and evaluating diagnostic and operating data sent remotely from our diagnostic/communication modules.
- fully automatic mode:
- the SMART diagnostics module immediately detects abnormalities and this information is sent immediately to a central server
- the predictive diagnostics system records this status in the database, determines potential causes and recommends follow-up measures
- the system generates an email with a description of the situation, potential causes and proposed measures and sends it to pre-defined maintenance facility addresses
- ability to configure the automatic generation and dispatch of management reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- benefits: cost savings (downtime, HC, malfunctions), fault prevention, management supervision of operations
Brake function testers
Equipment designed for inspection, testing and monitoring of statuses, functions and communication between electropneumatic brake units and the emergency brake override.
